As a proud partner of Lipscomb University College of Education’s Early Childhood Education Apprenticeship Program, KDCDC is helping equip the next generation of educators through paid, hands-on experience and flexible online coursework.

     Program Highlights

    Earn While You Learn: Gain paid, hands-on experience in early childhood classrooms while working toward licensure.
    Accelerated Timeline: Complete a bachelor’s degree and state licensure in as little as three years post high school.
    Employer-Supported Learning: Lipscomb serves as a training hub for early childhood centers to provide real-world teaching experience. Working for an approved employer partner can reduce the cost of this online program, while assisting with textbook and testing costs.

    Degree & Licensure Pathways
    The program leads to a Bachelor of Professional Studies (BPS) in Integrated Early Childhood.
