FEE INFORMATION

Fees for child care are determined based on household income.
You may qualify for less than the maximum fee.

We accept state child care certificates and offer a sliding pay scale based on household income.

If you have a child care certificate, it is your responsibility to give a copy of the certificate to the office and to be sure that it is kept current. Before your child can begin, we must have a copy of their certificate or the first week’s tuition must be paid.

If your certificate requires a parent co-pay, it is required that you stay current with your co-pays or you will lose your assistance.

We do not determine if you qualify for a child care certificate. For more information, click here to visit the TDHS website.

To determine if you qualify for less than the maximum fee, proof of income for all adults living in the household must be provided at enrollment and whenever requested. This will be reviewed annually.

If you have questions regarding your eligibility for the income-based sliding scale, you may email [email protected] or call our office at (615) 865-5164.

When starting care a non-refundable $100.00 fee must be paid along with the first week of tuition.
